Andrea Watkinson, founder of Wilderness Properties, has been a cornerstone of the Wilderness real estate community since she launched the business in August 2008 alongside her husband, Neville Watkinson, and estate agent Elsebie Pullen. Centrally located in the heart of Wilderness village, the office’s inviting space encourages locals and visitors alike to pop in, whether for a friendly chat or for expert guidance on properties in the area. In December 2009, Andrea brought the prestigious Fine & Country franchise to Wilderness, with Don Tager joining the team as an estate agent. This dedicated team rapidly established a reputation for excellence in sales and rentals, becoming a trusted name in the community. As the business grew, Andrea’s vision expanded with it. Amelia Sequeira joined in March 2012, proving indispensable in her role as administrator and assistant, later taking on all rental management responsibilities as well. By the end of 2014, Andrea decided to go independent, rebranding as Andrea @ Wilderness Properties to better reflect their unique presence and personal touch. Today, the team also includes estate agent Vanessa Hau-Yoon, who joined in 2017, contributing her expertise and deep knowledge of the area.
