Freaking Fast Waverider: Enjoy an invigorating 15 min High Speed Waverider fix and fast Adrenaline rush on our “Freaking Fast Waverider”. This high-speed adrenaline trip, alongside the Mossel Bay coastline, proudly boasts to be the fastest RIB in South Africa and Category winners of the grueling Trans Agulhas race 2007 and 2009. It’s now re-powered with two 300 HP Suzuki outboard Engines and can reach impressive speeds in excess of 150km/h over flat seas. Our Tour starts at our Booking office, on Quay 4, at the Mossel Bay Harbor Waterfront. Upon arrival we’ll quickly process you, issue you with a life jacket, and escort you to the pier. Once you have boarded Freaking Fast you will be given a full safety briefing by one of our professional skippers and then….we’ll start the engines……you better hold on! In a blink of an eye you’ll be enjoying the thrill of ‘jumping waves’ through the shore break in front of Hartenbos – already over 10 km down the coastline in a matter of minutes…. Included in the adventure are some high-speed, white knuckle S-turns and smooth but fast driving. The trip may include a quick stop at Seal Island and shark cage diving operations (this is not guaranteed). Thru the tears, you will admire the spectacular views of the Garden Route Coastline with the Outeniqua Mountain range as a backdrop…but hold on…there is still a few waves to jump before you get to the pier again. Enough hair raising high speed to leave you fully pumped and thrilled. Big Tube: Start a new family/friends holiday tradition! The Big Tube is a towable spinning tube that can carry up to 15 passengers depending on weight. Our trips are usually scheduled early morning and late afternoon to ensure smoother ocean surfaces. The 4 – 5 km trip, which takes about 20 min, can go from mild to wild! And the only skill required is holding on! Timeslots from 9am – 10h30 and 17h00 – 19h00. Our Fat Boys Blob Water Launcher is a huge air pillow that will catapult you higher and further over the water than ANY other inflatable launchpad! And as far as we know we’re the only company in South Africa launching in the ocean! A very unique experience in our Mossel Bay Harbor. This experience is for fun seekers 7 years and older. As an extreme safety precaution we always have a lifeguard on duty during launches.
